"While I was watching T.V the screen suddenly turned off. It was a Saturday and I was assuming that they wouldn't pick up the phone, or wouldn't be able to come out until the following week. Surprisingly, they picked up and after explaining my issue they said that they would call me back after talking with a technician. Twenty minutes later, they called me back and the technician was able to come out that day! The technician showed up on-time and fixed my TV on site."
